The Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Office is currently taking applications and accepting resumes for a part-time/on call position of Dispatcher/Jailer.
This part-time/on call position will not have set hours as it will be on an as needed basis. Hours of work may fluctuate from days to nights. Days of work may also fluctuate between week days, weekends and holidays.
Final applicants must take a psychological test and pass a background check. This position will have a start date after July 1st, 2023.
Wage Scale is as follows after July 1, 2023:
Starting wage - $20.43
End of probation (6 months) - $21.54
After 1 year - $23.73
