Work hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and on call on a rotating basis with compensation. On behalf of the Chickasaw County Board of Supervisors, Public Notice is given pertaining to the Section 4(f) de minimus determination regarding the portion of Ackerson-Easterly Wildlife Area to be utilized in the proposed bridge replacement project on 140th St. (B28) over the Wapsipinicon River (Existing FHWA Bridge#112770). Further details are attached to this cover letter.
This Public Notice requires a 15-day posting period for comments from the public beginning on the date the notice was published. Members of the public with input and/or concerns can submit questions/concerns/comments to the Chickasaw County Engineer in person (2nd Floor Courthouse, 8 E Prospect, New Hampton, IA 50659).
