Skilled Nursing/Nursing Services
Nurses provide care for individuals who need nursing care while, still living in their own home. Nurses also work closely with physicians to provide an evaluation of clients nursing needs on an individual basis.
Skilled nursing services include blood draws, catheter management, rehab therapy (supervision of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy), injections, IV therapy, TPN, medication management, ostomy and wound care, tube feeding, and health teaching.
Home Care Aide
Home Care Aides provide the following services making it possible for residents to stay in their own homes.
Personal care may include:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Shaving
- Ambulation
- Range of Motion Exercises
- Oral cares, skincare, and hair care
- Colostomy cares
- Urinary catheter cares
Homemaker
Home Care Aides provide the following services making it possible for residents to stay in their own homes.
Homemaker services may include:
- Light housekeeping
- Meal planning and preparation
- Shopping for food and essentials
- Errands
- Laundry
Respite Services
Short-term temporary care is provided to people with disabilities in order for their families to take a break from the daily routine of caregiving.
