Impact to the property was minimized by reducing the size of the wing dikes to the maximum extent possible while still providing adequate flood protection to the proposed structure/roadway. The existing access/parking lot on the NW corner of the existing/proposed structure will be larger once construction is complete, which will benefit those who utilize the Ackerson-Easterly Wildlife area.

Property details:

Duration of impact:

114.69 Acres

0.654 Acres; needed to place wing dikes on the new structure and allow proper drainage of ditches.
